Job description

Senior Home Care Sales Executive
(Excellent Benefits Package, Extremely Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Structure, Flexible Schedule and more!)
We are currently in search of a qualified, professional sales expert with direct experience in the Home Care sales industry.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Drive referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff including social workers and RN case managers, area Rehabs and Physicians.
  • Work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient/client satisfaction

Compensation:
  • Base salary plus significant bonus compensation
  • Benefits, PTO, mileage reimbursement and much more!

Requirements
  • Established referral relationships for home care patients. Private pay preferred.
  • 2+ years home care sales
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with sales CRM software
