Job description

The daily responsibilities, tasks and requirements will include:

-Installation of solar systems on residential and commercial roofs

-Installation of battery systems, generators, and EV chargers.

-Installation of electrical wiring and equipment

-Candidates should be familiar with electrical wiring, solar, and general building mechanics.

-Work in harsh work conditions including roof tops, attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and construction sites.

-Communicating through email and the company .

- Have a valid drivers license to operate a personal or company vehicle. (Options for both are available)

- Able to read technical documents, assess the project, and install equipment to the local / national electric building code as well manufacturer specs.

-Maintain personal hand tools and small power tools.

-Work in clients homes & businesses in a clean, respectful, diligent way.

-communicate to project lead daily and maintain a daily log of hours.

-Brands we work with - ( Enphase, Tesla, Solar edge, Franklin, Solark, Homegrid, Simpliphi, + more)

-Preferred 2+ year experience in the electrical, or solar industry

Comfortable with reading and implementing construction plans.

Required high school diploma, technical training, safety training, licensing and or accreditation
