Overview

The main objective of the L7 position for Mixology in Away From Home is to drive the development and implementation of innovative beverage solutions that enhance PepsiCo's offerings in the AFH sector. The purpose of this role is to create new beverage recipes, collaborate with various teams, and elevate the consumer experience. The scope includes strategic planning, market impact, and providing training and support for mixology demonstrations

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.

  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
