A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Scheduler in the Corpus Christi, McAllen, or San Antonio, TX area. This Scheduler will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position.

Scheduler Compensation Pay rate: $18.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on eligibility dates Scheduler Highlights Daily schedule: 8:00 am 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required Remote role Corpus Christi, McAllen, and San Antonio preferred but not required Scheduler Responsibilities Contact members telephonically, making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls Schedule Annual Reassessments thirty days before the members annual end date Ensure completion of activities to validate continued eligibility for non-waiver services Maintain a minimum of 28 member contacts daily Achieve an audit score of 95% on a monthly basis Scheduler Requirements High School Diploma or GED required 12 years of medical experience Must be knowledgeable in computer systems and associated software Call center experience in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Medicaid required Bilingual preferred Scheduler Preferences Prior experience working with Medicaid MCOs Strong communication and organizational skills If you think this position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
