Build the Pelvic Health Program You’ve Always WantedFYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – McKinney Coit is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to lead and expand a specialty pelvic program within a high-performing, locally owned outpatient practice. This is a program-building opportunity inside a clinic with strong infrastructure, marketing support, and leadership committed to specialty growth.

  • Evaluations: Perform comprehensive examinations and evaluations for new patients of all genders dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and pre/postnatal care. 
  • Diagnostics & Planning: Diagnose conditions and evaluate physical activity limitations to establish personalized treatment plans with specific goals and timeframes. 
  • Treatment Implementation: Utilize manual therapy, biofeedback, therapeutic exercise, and PT intervention techniques to carry out and progress skilled treatment plans. 
  • Documentation: Maintain high standards of documentation and track patient progress/intervention effectiveness using Prompt EMR
  • Collaboration & Education: Collaborate with local OB-GYNs, urologists, and midwives to ensure a holistic approach. Provide patient education on continuing care and occasionally contribute to community workshops or social media. 
Required Skills
  • Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. 
  • Licensure: Active Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one). 
  • Specialized Training: Completion of Herman & Wallace Level 1 (or equivalent) is required; further levels or PRPC/WCS certification is a major plus. 
  • Clinical Experience: 2+ years 
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional active listening, the ability to build deep trust in sensitive settings, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment. 
  • Passions: A dedicated interest in pelvic health as well as helping patients with orthopedic conditions.
