RBTs work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support skill development. This remote role combines flexibility with the importance of maintaining professional standards and ensuring effective client engagement in a virtual environment.

Regular communication with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and participation in team meetings also help in troubleshooting issues and sharing best practices for remote sessions.
