Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Raleigh!

Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunities

What You'll Do
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and accurately record client data
  • Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Build positive and meaningful relationships with clients and families
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have completed the 40-hour RBT coursework, be currently enrolled, or be willing to complete training provided by Connect n Care ABA
  • Must obtain RBT certification within 60 days of client assignment
  • Reliable transportation and a valid, clear driver's license
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Passion for working with children
  • Ability to complete required certifications and training, including First Aid
  • Ability to pass required background checks, including FBI and child abuse clearances
  • Work authorization in the United States

This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, transitioning with clients, lifting materials or items up to approximately 25 pounds, and traveling between service locations, as applicable. Reasonable accommodations may be made in accordance with Connect n Care ABA policy and applicable law.
