What you'll do

  • Provide intensive home-based therapy and support to a caseload of 4-6 youth/families
  • Deliver services in homes, schools, and community settings
  • Provide crisis intervention and participate in an on-call rotation
  • Assess safety concerns, risk behaviors, and develop individualized safety plans
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches including trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and family systems treatment
  • Support families in building communication, coping, and problem-solving skills
  • Coordinate care with internal teams, schools, and community providers
  • Advocate for clients and connect them to needed resources
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training

What we're looking for

  • Experience working with youth, families, and/or groups with ย ย ย ย ย behavioral health needs
  • Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and DSM-5/ICD-10
  • Experience with or understanding of:
    • Motivational Interviewing
    • Trauma-Informed Care
    • Crisis Intervention
    • Family Systems approaches
  • Strong commitment to client rights and ethical practice

Preferred:

  • Master's degree with LISW or LPCC licensure

Also considered:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance
  • Ability to travel locally and provide services in the community
  • Participation in on-call rotation
  • Successful completion of background check, driving record check, and ย ย ย ย ย drug screening
