Lead Daycare Teacher
Pay: $15.92-$19.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
  • Lead a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, creating meaningful, hands-on learning experiences tailored to the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children.
  • Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
  • Create and maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Build strong partnerships with families by providing daily communication through our mobile app and in-person conversations.
  • Serve as a positive role model while collaborating with and supporting fellow teachers to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 6 months of childcare or daycare experience preferred (lead teaching experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for young children.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Must meet all state licensing requirements for the Lead Teacher position.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping children succeed.
