Daycare Teacher - Full-Time
Location: The Learning Experience - Canton, MI
Pay: $16-$19 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Canton is looking for caring, energetic Daycare Teachers to join our early childhood education team.
Whether your experience is with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, you'll have the opportunity to help children learn through play, build new skills, develop friendships, and feel excited to come to school each day.
What You'll Do
  • Engage children in fun, developmentally appropriate learning and play activities
  • Support children's language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
  • Help children navigate classroom routines, meals, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions
  • Encourage independence and positive social interactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
  • Communicate positively with children, families, and fellow team members
  • Collaborate with Lead Teachers and center leadership
  • Follow Michigan childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous daycare, preschool, childcare, or early childhood experience preferred
  • CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
