Job description

Adecco is seeking a motivated, results-driven Internal Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for our clients in the Grand Rapids market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building talent pipelines, and making a direct impact on business success. The role offers the potential to transition into a permanent Adecco position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates for a variety of positions across multiple industries.

  • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications and skills.

  • Create and post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems and databases.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.

  • Support onboarding activities and new hire paperwork as needed.

Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or human resources experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and recruiting technologies.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in staffing and workforce solutions.

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Ability to build relationships and influence candidates throughout the hiring process.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
