Job description

Job Title: Electronic Assembly Technician
Job Description

We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Associates to support high-volume electronic assembly operations. This role is part of the Assembly Department and is focused on hands-on soldering and cable assembly for established production lines. Due to increased production demand and aggressive ramp-up timelines, candidates must be able to contribute quickly with minimal training.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume electronic assembly operations.
  • Execute hands-on soldering and cable assembly tasks.
  • Work on established production lines.
  • Troubleshoot and debug electronic assemblies.
  • Conduct electronics testing and calibration.
  • Utilize test equipment like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and voltmeters.
Essential Skills
  • J-STD soldering certification.
  • Previous experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in electronics troubleshooting and schematic reading.
  • Ability to ramp quickly with limited training.
  • Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Strong hands-on soldering skills (through-hole).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior manufacturing or electronic assembly experience.
  • Ability to work independently on a production line with minimal supervision.
  • High level of reliability, attendance, and long-term commitment.
  • U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status required (no visa sponsorship).
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
