Electronic Assembly Operator
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay range: $16-$18 per hour

Are you detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Kelly Services is seeking an Electronic Assembly Operator for a reputable client in Maple Grove, MN. Join our team and help assemble high-quality products with precision!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manually place parts on circuit boards, following detailed instructions and visual aids
  • Perform standardized and repetitive electronic assembly and labeling of components
  • Inspect parts for proper placement and insertion
  • Utilize barcode scanners and small hand tools
  • Maintain accurate progress reports and monitor/restock parts bins
  • Follow company safety, health, and security policies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work area (5S standards)
  • Work under direct supervision and complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, visual aids, and simple correspondence
  • Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate ratios/percents
  • Comfortable operating a PC with Windows-based software; advanced PC skills preferred
