  • Monday - Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM |$20-$22 per hour
  • Monday - Friday | 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM |$20-$22 per hour
  • Monday - Thursday| 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM |$20-$22 per hour

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, availability, and location
  • Help customers with questions about services, pricing, and appointments
  • Communicate clearly with field technicians to ensure seamless service
  • Troubleshoot minor customer issues and document all interactions
  • Follow up after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and invoicing
