Job description

Job Summary
 We’re looking for a driven and organized Sales & Project Manager to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships while also keeping projects on track from kickoff to completion. You’ll play a key role in both generating new business and ensuring a smooth, successful delivery for our clients.  In this role, you’ll be estimating and selling residential waterproofing and structural repair projects, including basement waterproofing systems, crawlspace encapsulation, mold remediation, and foundation repairs. You’ll meet with homeowners, assess issues such as water intrusion, moisture damage, and structural concerns, and develop tailored solutions and estimates. 
Responsibilities 
  • Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage projects from initial sale through execution and completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met
  • Track project progress and proactively address challenges
  • Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders throughout each phase
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and project updates

Qualifications
  •  2+ years of experience in sales, project management, or a similar role 
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus
Ideal Candidate

  •  Has proven sales experience, ideally in home services, construction, waterproofing, or a related industry 
  •  Is comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment and motivated by performance-based earnings 
  •  Excels at building trust with homeowners and confidently closing deals in person 
  •  Can assess property issues, explain solutions clearly, and provide accurate estimates 
  •  Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously 
  •  Takes ownership of both the sale and the successful execution of the project 
  •  Communicates effectively with customers, crews, and internal teams 
  •  Is proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
