• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, which will facilitate the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy to clients, employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, frequently reviewing progress to ensure the effectiveness of treatment and making adjustments as necessary.
• Utilize teletherapy options to engage clients who prefer remote sessions, enhancing accessibility for those with transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development, pursuing opportunities to learn new therapeutic techniques and stay current with industry standards.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

• Experience working in a private practice or community health setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to adapt therapy techniques to virtual formats.
• Background in utilizing assessment tools and therapeutic modalities that specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma.
