Job description

Company Description

Evolution Healthcare & Fitness is Portland’s premier integrated healthcare and performance facility, where clinical care and elite athletic training converge under one roof. The team unites sports chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, and certified personal trainers to deliver cohesive care. Home to innovative tools like Portland’s only altitude training room, a ClimbStationTM, and a NASA-based anti-gravity Boost treadmill, the facility empowers athletes and patients alike to achieve peak performance and effective recovery. The Evolution community welcomes a wide spectrum of clients, including mountaineers, endurance athletes, and individuals dedicated to achieving optimal health and fitness goals.

The Physical Therapist Role

This is not a volume-based clinic role. At Evolution Healthcare & Fitness, we’re building a fully integrated healthcare and performance environment, and we’re looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to do their best work, grow a practice, and collaborate with a high-level team. If you’re driven by outcomes, not just visits, this is worth your attention.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Practice inside a 7,000+ sq ft integrated facility (clinical + performance under one roof)
  • Work alongside a collaborative team: PTs, sports chiros, LMTs, and performance coaches
  • Treat active individuals and athletes
  • Access to cutting-edge tools, including blood flow restriction, and a NASA-based anti-gravity Boost treadmill for reduced-load running and return-to-sport progression
  • Train and rehab clients using Portland’s only altitude room (up to 13,000 ft mask-free)

This Role Is a Fit If You

  • Want to work at a state-of-the-art facility
  • Want to grow a meaningful caseload and build your own practice
  • What clinical independence, and the ability to design your work schedule
  • Value collaboration and referrals
  • Are committed to ongoing learning
  • Take a patient-first, performance-minded approach
  • Are comfortable building relationships and being visible in the community

What You’ll Get

We’ve built the infrastructure so you can focus on patient care, outcomes, and growing your practice:

  • Full scheduling support, front desk coordination, and patient welcoming
  • Billing and administrative services handled for you
  • Dedicated practitioner office space with furnished treatment rooms
  • Linen service and access to all necessary clinical tools and modalities
  • Store discounts and access to wholesale bulk ordering
  • Free use of the training facility, including altitude room access, with a free plus one
  • Website integration and social media promotion to support your visibility
  • Opportunities to participate in on-site community events and educational lectures
  • Access to group marketing and advertising initiatives to help grow your caseload

Our Standard

We’re building a team, not a collection of independent providers. That means trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule

License/Certification:

  • Physical Therapy License (Required)

Work Location: In person
