Living Invigorating Valuable Experiences (LIVE, LLC) is a Woman-Owned, 8(a) certified professional services government contracting company providing a broad spectrum of services and solutions to U.S. government agencies and organizations, based out of Atlanta, GA.

About the Position

Please note this role is for a proposal and is subject to a contract award.

LIVE is seeking a qualified professional to support the Air Force Criminal Justice Information Center (AFCJIC) under the Department of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI). AFCJIC serves as DAF's central entity for requesting, receiving, auditing, correcting, integrating, and reporting criminal history records. This is a non-personal services position performed on-site at the Russell-Knox Building, Quantico, VA. Core duty hours are 08001600, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The Indexing Operations Specialist is a designated Key Personnel role performing data entry, evaluation, and correction of DAF indexing records in FBI CJIS systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct data entry of DAF records into FBI CJIS systems.

Serve as the focal point for assigned MAJCOMs regarding Disposition of Firearms (DOF) checks.

Engage with base-level Indexing Compliance Managers and Judge Advocate offices to provide support for indexing matters.

Conduct real-time evaluation, creation, and correction of DAF indexing records.

Monitor MAJCOM unit compliance for entries into federal databases.

Report compliance issues to the AFCJIC CHRI Data Manager and Audit lead.

Provide subject matter expertise and record corrections in response to Requests for Information (RFI).

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience with criminal justice records.

Minimum 3 years' sworn law enforcement or similar experience.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in real-time operational settings.

U.S. Citizenship required.

Security & Clearance Requirements

Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility required.

Must successfully pass a law enforcement records check.

Must possess sufficient knowledge and experience in law enforcement, legal, or compliance fields to ensure accurate interpretation of criteria and proper handling of information.

Must handle Privacy Act Information (PAI), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES) information in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (DoDI 5200.48, Privacy Act of 1974).

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience entering or correcting records in FBI CJIS systems (III, NCIC, NICS).

Familiarity with DAF indexing compliance and Disposition of Firearms processes.
