Dietitian at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Per diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Plans and delivers nutritional care of patients/residents in accordance with physicians' orders and requirements of regulatory agencies. Functions as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team to assess, plan and administer nutrition care to patients with nutritional risk factors.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Granted by a college or university.

  • Coursework/Training: Completion of an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics approved didactic program in dietetics.

  • Coursework/Training: Completion of an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics supervised practice program.

  • Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration.

  • Within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization

Preferred qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience

  • Dietitian experience.
