The Role Itself

  • Preparation and service of meals in facility restaurant.
  • Utilizes protective gear in allappropriate food servicefunctions
  • Places prepared food on plates/trays in accordance with tray tickets in line with our established policies and procedures, and, as may be directed by the Executive Chef to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times from the kitchen.
  • Prepares and delivers food, washes dishes and cleans and sanitizes kitchen according to health standards.

Education + Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience combination.
  • Must be 21 yrs or older.
  • 2 years restaurant or commercial kitchen
  • Serv-safe or food handlers preferred

License: Food Safe Certification

Like so many others, Ethan had his share of struggles; family hardship, difficulty finding his place in this world and trouble realizing his life's dreams and aspirations. The confluence of his life circumstances led him to depression and addiction, which ultimately took his life at the tender age of twenty-two. Ethan Crossing Recover seeks to honor his life by providing for others, which he did not have; a family system that understands, supports and is there for the lifelong journey of sustainable recover.
