What are some common challenges faced in a Holiday Sales role, and how can they be managed effectively?

One of the main challenges in a Holiday Sales role is managing high customer volume and increased pressure to meet sales targets during peak seasons. Effective time management, strong communication skills, and teamwork are essential to handle these challenges. Staying positive, asking for help when needed, and utilizing available training can make the experience both successful and rewarding.
