The Shuttle Driver is responsible for our guests and owners experience from arrival through the end of their stay by creating customer delight in every interaction and exceeding expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

  • Safely operate transportation shuttles and vans throughout the resort and designated local drop-off/pick-up locations, ensuring the safety of all guests and owners.
  • Assist guests with luggage, including lifting up to 75 lbs., and help them in and out of vehicles as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all transportation vehicles and perform basic upkeep; report any maintenance needs to the Engineering team.
  • Support the Engineering team with general maintenance tasks related to fleet operations.
  • Deliver friendly, professional service and act as an ambassador of the resort.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Previous shuttle, van, or bus driving and/or bell services experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • A valid driver’s license is required (minimum of three years driving experience).
  • A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement is preferred but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must meet company motor vehicle policy standards.
  • Strong knowledge of the Orlando area, attractions, and local activities.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Multilingual ability is a plus.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50–75 lbs. as needed.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
