Location: Congers, NY
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Start Date: November 6 (training) - official start November 10
Schedule: Scattered shifts totaling 40 hours per week (some days may run 15-18 hours; schedules provided weekly in advance)
Duration: Through early January, with opportunities for additional work and possible long-term employment
About the Role
We're hiring 5 Driver/Holiday Install Crew Members to help deliver and install commercial holiday décor across the tri-state area (primarily NYC). This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road and working as part of a team.
You'll meet at the Congers warehouse to pick up pre-loaded vans or 26' box trucks (no CDL required), follow a route to multiple locations, unload materials, and assist in installation. You'll also return vehicles to the warehouse after each shift.
Training
  • Date: November 6, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • Includes OSHA-led safety training videos and a supervised on-the-road driving session.
Job Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company vehicles (vans and 26' box trucks)
  • Load, unload, and install large holiday décor items at commercial and residential sites
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules provided weekly
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Maintain professionalism and safety standards at all times
Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no major violations or incidents (MVR required and approved before training)
  • Must be able to speak and understand English for safety communication
  • Comfortable working long shifts and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Able to lift, carry, and handle large materials
  • Dependable and team-oriented
