About the Facility

The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Barnwell is part of The Grand Healthcare System, providing long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services across New York State.

Position Summary

The Evening Staff Driver is responsible for safely transporting healthcare staff between designated pick-up locations and the facility. This role ensures timely arrivals and departures during shift changes and supports reliable staffing operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Staff Transportation

  • Transport staff from designated pick-up locations in the Albany region to Valatie, NY

  • Return staff to pick-up locations at the end of scheduled shifts

  • Provide transportation during shift changes

Safety and Timeliness

  • Operate vehicles safely and responsibly at all times

  • Ensure staff arrive on time for scheduled shifts

  • Follow all traffic laws and facility transportation procedures
