Job description

Position: Fabricator Installer
Pay: $24/hour+
Shift: 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with some travel
Location: Allendale, MI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Fabricator Installer to start IMMEDIATELY at $24/hour+! Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
  • Operate metalworking machinery such as shears, brakes, punches, drill presses, and CNC equipment for cutting, bending, punching, drilling, shaping, or straightening sheet metal.
  • Fit and join sheet metal parts using riveting, welding, and soldering to create ventilation shafts, exhaust hoods, partition frames, dust collection piping, and material handling systems.
  • Install sheet metal products in compliance with specifications and building codes.
  • Use rigging and hoisting equipment for installation.
  • Inspect products and installations to ensure 100% adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain production pace throughout the shift.
  • Follow supervisor and lead instructions.
  • Must have own tools and pass a weld test.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, sketches, and work specifications.
  • Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills.
  • MIG and Stick welding skills required; TIG welding a plus.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Experience in weld fabrication with sheet metal and structural welding.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Willing to travel 50-75% (two weeks on, up to one month).
  • Excellent attendance.
