Committed to high expectations and a welcoming culture

Ad Hoc values acceptance, accountability, and humility. We aren’t heroes. We learn from our mistakes and improve the process for the next time. We build small, inclusive teams to collaborate closely with our partners to solve the right problems and deliver software that works.

Our Growth and Solutioning teams help shape how Ad Hoc qualifies, captures, and delivers meaningful federal work. • Participates in customer conversations, technical discussions, and growth strategy meetings
  • Acts as a trusted technical advisor during capture and solutioning activities
  • Maintains awareness of federal civilian acquisition trends, customer challenges, and emerging technologies
  • Identifies capability gaps and contributes to recommendations for strategic investments, partnerships, or technical improvements
  • Supports reusable playbooks, technical artifacts, and solutioning frameworks that improve proposal quality and speed
  • Contributes to a culture of collaboration, learning, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across Ad Hoc
  • Operates as a player/coach during strategic pursuits, helping align customer needs with scalable technical solutions
  • Partners across teams with limited bureaucracy and strong autonomy to help shape growth initiatives and solutioning practices
Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and communicate modern technical architectures and solution approaches
  • Experience translating technical capabilities into compelling customer-focused solution narratives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with federal procurement environments, evaluation criteria, and acquisition processes
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with GTM, proposal, delivery, and technical teams
