Job description

Regional Land Development Manager
Position Overview:
Oversees the development and delivery of residential lots across the region, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Coordinates grading activities, tracks development progress, and supports land operations while partnering with internal teams, developers, and local agencies.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct due diligence studies evaluating technical, financial, and market factors.
  • Maintain company standard database to track the status of each community through the municipal approval process and land development process. Review and manage HOA documentation, budgets, and approvals
  • Oversee grading, dirt work, and site preparation to ensure quality standards
  • Drive quality control, cost reduction, and value engineering initiatives
  • Participate in inspections, compliance reviews, and developer coordination
  • Serve as liaison with municipalities, community groups, and industry organizations
  • Support team development, training, and developer relationship management


Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in land development, construction, or real estate development
  • Strong project coordination, budgeting, and analytical skills
  • Experience working with developers, consultants, and government entities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
  • Leadership or team support experience preferred
