Job description

An established firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of collections experience to support a Community Association/HOA practice. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Maryland.

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

  • Active Maryland Bar license.

  • 2-4 years of collections experience.

  • Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), district court procedures, and post-judgment enforcement.

  • Strong research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume collections caseload from intake through resolution.

  • Handle court appearances and enforcement matters.
