Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our legal team, specializing in real estate, construction and facilities support. This role will focus on providing legal support across all phases of real estate and facilities projects, including planning and design, construction, facilities management, utilities, and facilities equipment. The attorney will report to the Senior Director, Managing Counsel and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes for the company's supply chain and real estate initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the legal framework for the company's real estate projects and initiatives. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $127,500-$236,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $110,500-$205,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
