Job description

Community Group, Inc, an Associa company, is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant to support its HOA community in the Fredericksburg, VA area.
Daily responsibilities:
  • Work hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm.
  • Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, guest, members of the Board of Directors, maintenance contractors and vendors.
  • Manage Phones, daily emails, mass emails, and all correspondence.
  • Research and respond to inquires.
  • Conduct resale and compliance inspections.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance contractors and vendors onsite.
  • Create and mail out HOA Violation notices.
  • Assist in preparing hearing letters.
  • Assist homeowners in completing and submitting architectural review applications.
  • Assist in reviewing and approving invoices.
  • Issue and activate pool and club house passes.
  • Schedule and send out board meeting reminders.
  • Assemble documents for board packets.
  • Other duties as directed.

Pay rate: $17-$19 an hour.
  • 2+ years of office assistant or clerical experience in a corporate setting with experience in the single-family, multi-family, vacation rental, or hospitality industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Service driven, Customer focused, and Team oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and re-prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive, takes initiated, and attention to detail.
