Duties
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for all phases of the System Development Life Cycle for complex projects. The responsibilities will include both new development as well as maintenance tasks. 
  • Develop and build custom software and integrations for EMR interoperability with hospitals and providers 
  • Create data feeds leveraging healthcare standards such as HL7v2, C-CDA, and FHIR 
  • Construct ETL pipelines for data extracts from HIEs, EMRs, payor databases, and other structured and unstructured sources 
  • Design SMART on FHIR Application using HL7 SMART EHR Launch, CDS Hooks 
  • Perform support duties for the production data exchange solutions. 
  • Developing technical design documents and program specifications. 
  • Developing software integration components and custom applications and maintenance. 
  • Work closely with product and engineering to develop strategy for data ingestion architecture, tools, and processes 
  • Implement processes and systems to monitor code and application quality, ensuring production system is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it 
  • Performance tune new and existing applications, along with benchmarking and cost control of software services. 
  • Guiding requirements gathering sessions. 
  • Coding and performing unit and integration tests of programming assignments. 
  • Supporting production tasks including analysis of issue, proposing and implementing solutions for defect resolution. 
Mandatory Requirements
  • Experience (14+ Years)
Requirements
  • This is an 100% Onsite
  • 84+ Months: Candidate can provide guidance and hands on development support to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 
  • Experience with Healthcare industry, preferred Development and Architecture in HL7 FHIR. 
  • Experience with full stack application development and maintenance. 
  • Experience with Java, C#, Python, Kafka
