Infinite Hitting East Nashville (Mt. Juliet) is seeking a passionate and experienced Hitting Coach to develop and mentor our athletes. We are an elite training facility, committed to fostering a positive and competitive environment where players can reach their full potential. If you are a dedicated coach with a proven track record of improving hitters' performance, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive hitting programs tailored to individual player needs and skill levels.
  • Provide individualized instruction and feedback to players on hitting mechanics, approach, and strategy.
  • Utilize the "Infinite Way" techniques, along with top tier technology (HitTrax), to enhance player development.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes confidence and encourages growth.
  • Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive and consistent training program.
  • Evaluate player performance and track progress throughout their membership.
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and management staff.
  • Maintain a safe and organized training environment.
  • Help promote and build brand knowledge throughout the area.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a coach and/or player at the college level or higher is REQUIRED.
  • Strong understanding of hitting mechanics, swing analysis, and hitting principles.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and teach hitting concepts to players of varying ages and skill levels.
  • Experience using technology to analyze hitting performance (e.g., video analysis software, launch monitors, iOS devices).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire players.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to teach at multiple levels, from the first time player, to the elite athlete.

Compensation:

  • Position compensation negotiable. 
  • Bonus pay structure in place for direct referrals and retention of members.
