Motion Masters Physical Therapy is actively seeking a compassionate and driven Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team at our rehabilitation center in El Dorado Hills, California. The successful candidate will work in an advanced rehabilitation center located in El Dorado Hills, California. Our facility boasts state-of-the-art equipment designed to support diverse therapy needs, from manual therapy to specialized exercise regimens. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals in a supportive atmosphere that emphasizes teamwork and continual professional development. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients, considering their medical history, current conditions, and functional limitations.
• Formulate individualized plans of care based on assessment results, tailored to meet each patient's specific goals and needs.
• Facilitate open discussions with patients about their treatment journey, ensuring they are fully informed and engaged in the process.
• Implement treatment techniques, including education on self-management, personalized exercise prescriptions, and manual therapy.
• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and response to therapy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, using our electronic healthcare records system to track treatment outcomes and compliance.

In this role, you will primarily engage with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Our patient population varies from athletes seeking rehabilitation after injuries to older adults aiming to regain mobility and independence. Understanding the unique motivations and challenges each patient faces is crucial for implementing effective therapy practices.

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Impeccable professional conduct with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• A minimum of three years of experience, specifically in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of effective exercise programs.

Having expertise in specialized orthopedic treatment protocols is advantageous. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies is a plus, as these tools can enhance patient outcomes. Experience working with a diverse patient demographic will contribute positively to our inclusive team culture.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
