Hiring Production Associate with Pay up to $20/hr in Decatur, ILProduction & Blast Associate

Responsibilities :
  • Operate within the blast booth to sandblast parts and prepare products for finishing processes
  • Load and unload products on the production paint line
  • Move materials and flat panel products safely throughout the facility
  • Assist with daily production and manufacturing operations
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
  • Support team members to ensure production goals are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements :Must Have

✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently

✅ Ability to participate in team lifts for heavier materials

✅ Comfortable with standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift

✅ Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment

✅ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

✅ Comfortable handling materials and products safely

Preferred Qualifications :
