River Forest Animal Hospital is a six-doctor general practice located in River Forest, IL. Our state-of-the-art facility includes a fully equipped surgical suite, dental suite, in-house diagnostic laboratory, and a radiology suite featuring digital radiography and ultrasonography.

We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, upbeat, and fast-paced team.


About the Role

As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for both clients and their pets.


About You

The ideal candidate:

  • Has prior customer service experience in a veterinary setting
  • Thrives in an upbeat, fast-paced environment with frequent client interaction
  • Is comfortable scheduling appointments, answering phones, and processing payments
  • Is a self-motivated team player who enjoys collaborating with veterinary professionals
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and can multitask effectively
  • Is compassionate, patient, empathetic, and enjoys working with pets and their people
  • Has experience with AviMark software (or is willing to learn)
  • Is available to work evenings and weekends

Schedule & Compensation
  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Pay: $18-$20 per hour

Required Experience
