Job description

As the Sr. HR Manager reporting to the Director of Global Human Resources -Americas, you will support the Global Supply Chain group. In this critical role, you will influence leaders in the effective deployment and utilization of human capital and align HR priorities with the business. You will provide direction, advice, and support to cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams to improve operational efficiency. You will support the Woodinville Operations.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Serve as an active member of the Seattle Operations Leadership team.
  • Lead the effective implementation of HR plans and initiatives across the client groups to ensure achievement of objectives through metrics.
  • Partner with business leaders in developing plans that optimize organizational design, business planning and employee development & engagement.
  • Play a key role in selecting and developing next generation leaders.
  • Guide, counsel and administer the performance management process from goal setting to reviews.
  • Provide guidance on compensation decisions.
  • Investigate complaints including disciplinary actions, employee complaints, and employee relations.
  • Support various Initiatives, Leaves, Immigration and Talent Calibration
  • Provide coaching to managers and staff to encourage effective communication and objective problem resolution.

What You Bring:

  • Education: BA/BS degree in HR, Business or related field, advanced degree or HR Certification a plus.
  • Work Experience: Min of 5 years managing a team and 4 years as a HR Manager.
  • Previous experience supporting a Manufacturing business. Union environment experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 9 years experience managing HR involving selection, development, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
  • Experience providing primary HR support to multiple departments/disciplines and providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees.
  • Solid understanding of current legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to travel 10%.

Location: This position must be based in Woodinville, WA and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $148,000 to $203,500 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
