75-100c-c or 70-90w2 100% remote, must live in CO at the time of hire. Candidate should be local to CO but able to pick‐up or drop off equipment in Denver. Our direct client has an opening for a Project Manager FR 104041.

This position is up to 12 months with the option for extension, and the client is in Denver, CO. If you are interested, please send us your rate and resume. Job Details The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to defined timelines and within the allocated budget.

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that business and end users are consulted with and their input garnered for the project at hand. Responsible for assisting agency executive management, division directors, and information technology (IT) staff and leading project tasks, resources, including State personnel and deliverables. Use appropriate project management tools, reports, templates, mentoring, training, and coaching to IT project teams.

Work directly with agency staff, as well as vendors and, when necessary, other state agencies in fulfilling and carrying out the requirements of assigned IT projects. Utilize project management best practices, including risk management, quality management, change management, change control and communication. Manage by providing leadership, collaboration, supervision, training, guidance and support to all IT project team members on assigned projects.

Lead the effort for ensuring agency compliance with the State's project management policies and standards. Communication Skills & Qualifications Communication skills both verbal and written: 4-6 years of experience. Presentation skills: 4-6 years of experience.

Project management: 4-6 years of experience. Proposal writing: 4-6 years of experience. Any experience working with public safety, data exchange, health and/or CJIS data are plusses.

MST – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This position will necessitate a more stringent background check including fingerprints and possible HIPAA requirements. Additionally, this role will support the Colorado Division of Public Safety working exclusively on an integration of health data with the state jails.
