Mandatory Qualifications:
Minimum of 36 months of work experience, in the last ten years, as a manager or lead on a job or an engagement with a Federal or State Health and Human Services agency or department that included the review or analysis of HIPAA privacy and security laws, rules, or policies.
Minimum of 24 months of work experience, in the last ten years, working on a job or an engagement that included performing or supervising a compliance review or audit of HIPAA laws, rules, or policies.
Minimum of 12 months of experience, in the last ten years, working or communicating with healthcare information stakeholders. Stakeholders are defined as parties that use or disseminate protected healthcare information.
Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
