What is a Hims technician?

Hims Technicians are professionals who specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of assistive technology devices manufactured by Hims, a company known for its products supporting visually impaired and blind individuals. These technicians are knowledgeable about Hims devices such as braille displays, notetakers, and portable video magnifiers. They provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and often train users on how to operate and maximize the benefits of Hims products. Their expertise ensures that individuals can use these assistive tools effectively for greater independence and accessibility.
