THE OPPORTUNITY — Atlanta, GACapstone Connectors supports real estate investors and professionals who need access to hard-money and private-money funding resources for investment-property transactions. This full-time remote sales role is built around qualified opportunities supplied through company lead, referral, marketing, and appointment systems.WHAT YOU'LL DO• Conduct scheduled or qualified sales conversations with real estate investors and referral partners• Ask thoughtful questions to understand the property, transaction, timeline, objectives, and funding needs• Explain appropriate funding-resource pathways clearly and accurately• Address questions and objections professionally while avoiding unsupported promises• Maintain organized CRM notes, follow-up activity, and opportunity status• Follow up with qualified prospects and move appropriate opportunities through the sales process• Participate in sales training, coaching, and team accountabilityWHO MAY BE A STRONG FITWe are looking for confident communicators who can build trust with investors and business owners, listen carefully, explain options clearly, and stay accountable in a remote environment. Experience in consultative sales, account executive work, business development, lending, high-ticket sales, real estate, mortgage, wholesaling, property management, or financial services can help, but not every background is required.You should have dependable internet access, be comfortable with Zoom and CRM tools, and be willing to learn common real-estate-investor and funding terminology such as ARV, LTV, LTC, bridge loans, DSCR, rehab budgets, proof of funds, and exit strategy.COMPENSATIONSalary: $2,181 to $3,381 per week.TRAINING AND SUPPORTThe team provides structured onboarding, training on investor-funding context, sales frameworks, FAQs, CRM standards, weekly sales coaching, call review, and objection-handling support. Strong performers may have opportunities to take on additional responsibility as the organization grows.PROFESSIONAL STANDARDSSales representatives must communicate truthfully and professionally.
