Southern National Roofing, a leading name in residential roofing, is seeking motivated and experienced High Ticket Sales Closers to join our dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for professionals who excel in closing high-value sales, especially in an in-home setting. Our sales closers benefit from pre-qualified leads and scheduled appointments, allowing them to focus entirely on closing deals.
About Southern National Roofing: We are a $25M+ residential roofing company recognized as one of the top remodelers and roofers nationwide, holding an A+ BBB accreditation and Master Elite Roofer status. Our commitment to quality and service has established us as leaders in the roofing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 8-12 pre-scheduled, pre-qualified in-home sales presentations weekly
  • Assess customer needs and present roofing solutions effectively
  • Close high ticket sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
  • Participate in company training and stay current with product knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Operate as a road warrior, traveling to customer appointments as scheduled
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in high ticket or commission-based roles
  • Proven track record of closing sales and achieving sales goals
