  • This role performs the duties of a Registered Nurse for "all things" OB High Risk. Our trusted team of doctors, nurses and specialists deliver high-quality care for the mother based on health and preferences.
  • Deliver advanced critical care nursing for high-risk patients, managing hemodynamic stability, critical drips, and advanced fetal monitoring.
  • Ensure interdisciplinary alignment, keeping the patient's perspective central during crises.
  • Lead the transition from crisis to stability, coordinating complex discharge, and supporting patients and families post-emergency.
What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
