High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Executive (Premier)

Premier Account Executive - High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Location: Long Island, NY Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000+ Depending on Experience About the Opportunity Our client is a nationally recognized independent insurance agency specializing in High-Net-Worth Personal Lines insurance. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Premier Account Executive to join their team and support a growing portfolio of affluent clients with sophisticated insurance needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys serving high-net-worth individuals and families, advising clients on complex coverage needs, and delivering a white-glove service experience. Position Overview The Premier Account Executive will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients, managing complex personal insurance programs and helping clients protect significant personal assets. The ideal candidate has experience working with affluent clientele and understands the unique coverage considerations associated with luxury homes, multiple residences, valuable collections, executive liability exposures, and other specialized risks. This is a service-focused role centered around relationship management, policy stewardship, and risk advisory support.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Personal Lines clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs. Review insurance programs and identify potential coverage gaps or exposures. Advise clients regarding risk management and coverage solutions. Coordinate renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and carrier communications. Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriting partners. Deliver exceptional service and responsiveness to affluent clientele. Maintain accurate documentation and account records within the agency management system. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance License. Experience servicing Personal Lines insurance accounts. Prior High-Net-Worth Personal Lines experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of complex personal insurance programs. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience involving the following will be highly regarded: High-Net-Worth Personal Lines accounts Luxury residences and secondary homes High-value personal property schedules Fine art, jewelry, wine, and collections coverage Umbrella and excess liability programs Household employee Workers Compensation Watercraft and yacht insurance Flood and excess flood insurance Executive and specialty liability coverages Technology Experience with AMS360 preferred Applied Epic experience welcomed
