ABOUT THE ROLE A growing, relationship-driven insurance brokerage is seeking a High Net Worth Personal Lines Private Client Account Manager to support a sophisticated portfolio of affluent clients with complex personal insurance needs. This is an outstanding opportunity for a service-focused Personal Lines professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, operating in a fast-paced environment, and delivering a true concierge-level client experience. The firm works closely with highly successful individuals and families connected to the financial and investment community, handling complex insurance portfolios that include: · Multiple residences · High-value homes · Collector and exotic vehicles DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a primary relationship manager for high net worth Personal Lines clients.

Manage renewals, policy servicing, endorsements, and coverage discussions. Coordinate closely with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams. Assist clients with complex coverage needs and evolving exposures.

Deliver proactive, highly responsive service throughout the client lifecycle. Support claims coordination and ongoing account management activities. Help maintain operational excellence within a fast-moving service environment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Personal Lines agency/brokerage experience. Strong understanding of homeowners, personal auto, umbrella, valuables, collector cars, and related coverages. Experience supporting affluent or high net worth clientele.

Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage a high-volume workload without sacrificing service quality. EPIC experience is a plus, but not required.
