Personal Lines Account Manager (High-Net-Worth)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role focuses on managing and servicing a book of business consisting of high-net-worth personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-net-worth insurance, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office and remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a book of business consisting of high-net-worth personal lines accounts.
  • Quote, renew, and maintain personal insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive account management.
  • Provide consultative risk management advice and coverage recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage options.
  • Utilize Applied Epic software for policy management, documentation, and client correspondence.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support departmental growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Prior experience managing high-net-worth personal lines accounts is essential.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Applied Epic software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong team player, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Education: Open to candidates with varying levels of formal education as long as they meet the experience requirements.
