Job Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Perform comprehensive system evaluations and clearly communicate repair options, upgrades, and replacement opportunities.
  • Build trust with homeowners by educating them on system performance, energy efficiency, and comfort solutions.
  • Identify and present additional services, memberships, or products that enhance system performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document service findings, recommendations, and sales opportunities in job software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
  • Maintain a well-organized, professional company vehicle and personal appearance.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service that results in positive reviews, repeat business, and referral opportunities.
  • Participate in team trainings to sharpen technical skills and improve sales communication.
  • Collaborate with customer service and dispatch to ensure seamless service and follow-up.
  • Support teammates and assist with installations or other service calls as needed.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
