Job description

Luigi's Restaurant is seeking a dependable, experienced, and hardworking kitchen professional to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality food, and works well as part of a team.

This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility to work in multiple kitchen stations as needed.

Responsibilities

Main Cook Line

  • Operate the oven, broiler, and fryer while preparing multiple menu items efficiently.
  • Plate finished dishes accurately and consistently while maintaining presentation standards.
  • Prepare sauté dishes to recipe specifications in a fast-paced environment.

Pizza Bench Station

  • Prepare pizza dough and toppings.
  • Cook pizzas to quality standards.
  • Cut, box, and prepare pizzas for dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders.

Grinder Bench Station

  • Prepare fresh salads, cold appetizers, and sandwiches.
  • Maintain food quality, portion consistency, and presentation.
  • Keep prep areas stocked, clean, and organized.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant kitchen experience required.
  • Experience working on a cook line, pizza station, or similar fast-paced kitchen preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as with a team.

Schedule
