Upscale French-Mediterranean Restaurant seeks a Junior Pastry Chef to support a polished Boston opening.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Junior Pastry Sous Chef, Junior Pastry Chef, or similar role in a high-end restaurant environment. Strong French pâtisserie experience, with some exposure to breads; bread production is not the main focus of the role.
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for producing refined, high-quality desserts and pastry items.
  • Leadership and team-management ability, with experience supporting and guiding a small pastry team.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all sections of the pastry kitchen run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with LPM standards.
  • Taste and review daily mise en place to uphold quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
