Position Overview

The Lighting Sales Specialist serves as a trusted advisor for customers selecting decorative and functional lighting solutions. This showroom-based position requires daily interaction with homeowners, contractors, designers, and trade professionals while managing projects from initial consultation through final delivery.

The ideal candidate combines strong lighting product knowledge with a consultative sales approach, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily showroom coverage and assist both walk-in customers and trade accounts.
  • Consult with clients on decorative and functional lighting selections for residential projects.
