About the Role:

Alphanumeric Systems is seeking a Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Director - Respiratory Biologics to lead strategic evidence generation initiatives supporting innovative respiratory assets.

In this highly visible global role, you will drive the execution and dissemination of real-world evidence (RWE) and non-interventional studies aligned to the asset's Data Generation Plan (DGP). You will serve as a scientific leader and key partner across global cross-functional teams, influencing evidence strategy and market access decisions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee multiple global HEOR/RWE studies, ensuring delivery across timelines, budget, and quality standards

  • Serve as scientific lead at the study level, contributing to protocol development, SAPs, study reports, abstracts, and publications

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, R&D, and Commercial teams

  • Partner with external experts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

  • Engage with 10+ country-level teams, supporting local evidence generation strategies and tracking progress

  • Ensure all deliverables align with internal SOPs and global regulatory expectations

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • MSc (or equivalent) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field

  • 10+ years of HEOR experience, ideally within a global/multinational pharmaceutical environment

  • Proven experience with:

    • Dossier development

    • Adherence studies

    • Indirect treatment comparisons (ITCs)

    • Country-level evidence strategy and execution

  • Strong expertise in respiratory / asthma therapeutics

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a global, matrixed environment

  • Strong project management capabilities across multiple geographies

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PhD, ScD, or other advanced research degree

  • Experience leading global HEOR strategy at the Director level
