What You'll Do
Support Exceptional Dining Service
Assist servers with table set-up, service support, and clean-up
Serve water to members and guests promptly and courteously
Remove soiled dishes, glassware, and linens efficiently
Help carry food and beverages to tables using correct seat positions
Maintain Clean, Organized Dining Spaces
Set and reset tables with silverware, glassware, and linens
Clean dining rooms, patios, pool deck areas, and service stations
Keep ice bins, supply stations, and breadbasket linens stocked
Clean and store highchairs and booster seats
Respond quickly to spills or broken service ware with minimal disruption
Prepare for Service & Next Meal Periods
Polish silverware and glassware
Roll silverware and fold napkins
Move tables and chairs as needed for member and guest flow
Reset dining areas at the end of each shift
Assist with take-out order staging for member pick-up
Be a Team Player
Support banquet events with set-up, service, and clean-up when needed
Assist with daily side work and cleaning tasks
Attend staff meetings and contribute to a positive restaurant culture
What You Bring
Previous experience in a fine dining or hospitality environment preferred
Food safety certification required or willingness to obtain

Physical Requirements
