  • Creating an awesome guest experience using our Code S.E.R.V.E. standards

  • Supporting servers and kitchen staff during busy shifts

  • Prepping food and helping dishes get out fast and accurately

  • Keeping lanes, equipment, and dining areas clean and guest-ready

  • Turning tables, rolling silverware, and resetting spaces like a pro

  • Making sure our guests feel extra welcome

  • Communicating between Front of House and Back of House

  • Staying organized, stocked, and ready for whatever the shift brings
